Payment Schedule:

• Project-based: 50% upfront, 50% on completion

5.3 Refund Policy

Free Strategy Calls: No refund required as service is free.

Paid Services:

• First 7 days: If no work has commenced, full refund minus processing fees

• After work begins: Refunds calculated based on work completed
